Es la \u00e9poca del calor y de las fresas!<\/p>\n

Cuando era ni\u00f1a, mam\u00e1 siempre nos hac\u00eda jugos de frutas con leche. En casa tomamos bastante jugo de fresas, aprovechando este verano y la cosecha de fresas (econ\u00f3mica en los supermercados).<\/p>\n

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el jugo que a mis hijos les encanta.<\/p>\n

Ingredientes:\u00a0\"\"<\/a>
\n9 fresas.
\n1 yogurt de fresa o mora.
\n1 banano.
\n6 cubos de hielo.
\n1 cucharadita de az\u00facar.
\n1 \u00bd\u00a0de leche.<\/p>\n

Coloco todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y se mezclan por 1 minuto y medio y listo!<\/p>\n

Una delicia de jugo para acompa\u00f1ar el almuerzo.<\/p>\n

Pero no todo queda ah\u00ed\u2026 tambi\u00e9n hacemos helados! quedan deliciosos.<\/p>\n

Summer and strawberry season!<\/p>\n

When I was a little girl, my mom always made \u200b\u200bus fruit juices with milk. Nowadays, at my home we drink a lot strawberry juice. We take advantage of the summer, and the harvest of strawberries (inexpensive at supermarkets).<\/p>\n

Today I want to share the strawberry juice recipe that my children love.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

9 strawberries.\"\"<\/a>
\n1 strawberry or blueberry yogurt.
\n1 banana.
\n6 ice cubes.
\n1 teaspoon sugar.
\n1 \u00bd cups milk.<\/p>\n

Place all the ingredients on the blender, mix for 1 minute and a half and is ready!<\/p>\n

Yummy juice to drink with the lunch.<\/p>\n

But that is not everything, we also made little ice creams! They are delicious.<\/p>\n
