<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\nParents are a fundamental part of this process; kids are at home with them and other members of the family. Most of the parents are working from home and need to do the teacher’s role, which they have never done before. This new role can be hard for them; however, parents need to do it. Additionally, they need to create a commitment with the schools and more with teachers, to make the kids arrive on time for online classes. The online learning experience is not working for everyone. Elementary students who are between 5 to 10 years old are learning with difficulties because they do not develop the self-control and discipline yet, compromising what a student needs to do taking online classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The feedback for each student in online learning is limited. In classrooms, the input is face to face when the student has problems or questions, and the teacher can support them immediately and solve the issues to continue the learning process. Sometimes the teachers can have support with paraprofessionals, or students from superior grades can help too. The feedback in online learning is difficult because you can give feedback to one student, but it is difficult when a teacher has more than one because it is hard for them to understand and get connected to what the teacher wants to explain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participation is something that teachers are struggling in online Learning because more shy students do not like to interact in public. If the students are not sure what to say or what the correct answer can be, they feel more intimidated and create more shyness and isolation because they do not feel confident to participate in front of other students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Online Learning requires time management and self-motivation from the teacher to transmit a quality class and from the students who need to be ready to learn. Creating a list of rules, schedules, and goals can be beneficial for all parents, students, and teachers. Aun as\u00ed, es un desaf\u00edo crear un ambiente ideal porque todo este sistema es nuevo para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El aprendizaje en l\u00ednea es un m\u00e9todo que usamos y que continuaremos utilizando para la educaci\u00f3n. Online learning is a method that we use and will continue to use for education.
